The 7th Accelerator and Particle Physics Institute (APPI 2002) will be held at the Hotel Appi Grand. Appi highland is a beautiful snow area located near the north end of Honshu. Not only accelerators and elementary particle physics but also various other topics will be covered. We wish many people will participate in this institute.
