For speakers to upload your presentations, please register as the Indico users at this site if you are not registered.

Registration

The registration fee is 1,000yen which can be paid at the registration desk on 30th May.

Banquet

We will also have a banquet (Japanese food), 6:30pm -, 31st May, at Cranberry restaurant, KEK. The banquet fee is 3,000yen which can be paid at the registration desk on 30th May.

Accommodation

Two kinds of accommodation are available. First is the KEK dormitory ( http://www.kek.jp/usersoffice/eng/index.html ) and the second is hotel. If you choose the dormitory, you must send the user registration form to Ms. Akemi Sawabe. You can fill this appended form. If you prefer hotel, please provide us following information; (1) name, (2) affiliation, (3) address and e-mail, (4) period .

For the dormitory reservation, we would like recommend for you to send the form by 15th May 2006. We will reserve a room in the receiving order, while it may not be available for the limited number.

VISA

If you need a VISA, we will send you the application form. For this purpose, please provide us following information; (1) name in both Roman and Chinese character for Chinese colleagues, (2) affiliation and position, (3)sex, (4) nationality, (5) birth date, (6) name of Japanese diplomatic office for the application and (7) airport of departure.
