(1) ATF2 proposal (Sanuki)

     - 0th draft deadline  Feb. 25th

(2) ATF2 optics and instrumentation (Kuroda)

     - If beam has a energy spread of +/-1% after bunch compressor,
       beam size is +/-12mm (+/- 3sigma). -> beam-pipe diameter > 27mm ?
     - Need to consider beam-pipe diameter
     - NLC-like optics might interfere with a plumbing fixture for Crab Cavity group.

(3) Shorter bunch length in ATF/DR (Vogel)

     - Two possible way to reduce bunch length
       (i) Add Klystron to put more RF power
       (ii) Add a C/X-band RF modulation in the current RF power with a few cavities
     - Design the system in more detailed

(4) Shintake-monitor (Suehara)

     - Photon energy < 33MeV when laser wave length is 532nm
     - Consider energy resolution and size of photon detector
     - Plan to bring Shintake-monitor to U Tokyo.
